My sister's computer is running Windows Vista. I don't know when this happened, but, she told me that Firefox doesn't work on her computer, but IE does. I tried the Firefox browser and it doesn't connect to any sites at all.

Her MSN used to work, but since the new update, there's been a problem coming up saying "key ports" error, which is totally messing it up, and now she can't connect to MSN either.

I have no clue what the problem is, but her IE seems to be the only thing on her computer that is connecting to the net. I've made sure her firewall is "allowing" the programs, and it's still screwing up. Anything else, I'm too scrubby to figure out, any suggestions as to what's wrong?
try connecting to MSN thru http://www.meebo.com
it's not the ultimate solution but at lesat, u can go on msn on a web browser.

i recommend y'all to log onto MSN thru http://www.meebo.com
no need to install any programs. everything's all in ur net browser.
It's not that simple, it's my offline messages that I need to see, what with running multiple projects and all...
reinstall firefox and msn, should solve the problems

if not, just format the comp... that always fixes anything

I already know about meebo, and emessenger and all that other shit. My problem isn't the fact that I can't chat with people, it's that MSN and Firefox don't work!
