well, let's get a few facts straight here.
there is absolutely no way to pirate any PS3 games at this moment. blank bluray discs are too expensive. thus, making copied ps3 games kinda redundant at this point. secondly, sony does legitimately release games in chinese for the hong kong/taiwanese market. and thirdly, they may be rare in toronto but sure as hell easy to find in chinese malls which usually tends to import straight from hong kong.
as for final fantasy 13, it's better to wait and see the language options for this particular release since it's a square-enix game. not much is known about it other than including japanese audio and chinese subtitles, and that it's coming out in may.
i know a better way than pirating the games... just buy a bag pack, line it with tin foil and go to the local bestbuy/futureshop and go nuts... its legit, in english and the manuals are still in good condition
and the chocobo theme song is still the same lol
yeah...but best buy and future shop will not sell the game with japanese audio track.
so the best bet is to get the asian-hong kong edition of final fantasy 13.
and is it just me or is the palumpolum stage boring? that stage made me sleep...TWICE...
i haven't played FF13 for 2 days cuz i've been occupied with god of war 3. (sick game, by the way)

Today I confirmed Ps3 version doesn't have japanese track in the North American version. I am pretty disappointed...

that's been well established a while ago.
more space would be required if the japanese track was to be included because of the lip movement matching its respective audio track. have u noticed that the lips match word for word in the english version of the game? the same applies to the japanese version.
the hong kong release (coming in may) is confirmed to be using the japanese track. most likely, it will include chinese and english subtitles.
maybe they are saving it for a ff13 limited/international/13-2/money milkin edition release?
anyone want to sell me the hardcover strategy guide that is sold out everywhere in Ontario ._.?

highly doubt it, at least for north america.
but the japanese usually do get such special treatment (case in point, kingdom hearts 1 and 2 had an "international" edition with extra goodies)

i would if i had one because i don't care for this franchise, but then again, that's probably why i don't have what you're looking for.
